Job Scope:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy
- Compile and submit required documents to the Principal
- Prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams
- Process Purchase Orders
- Handle budget revisions when required
- Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details
- Manage and respond to high volumes of emails promptly
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of Sales Support / Administrative / Coordinator experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Other Information: - Salary up to $3000/mth
- Benoi Sector (Transport Provided Islandwide)
