Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts in the development and execution of data analysis projects to support business objectives.
  • Design and implement data collection systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, including management dashboards, regular commercial reports, marketing intelligence reports and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline analytical workflows.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.


Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, and data visualization techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience in driving sales performance analysis, marketing analysis and business reviews.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading successful analytics projects from conception to implementation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
