The role


Partner with and support the senior Insights & Analytics Global team to help run a brand tracking programme that that strongly supports our strategic and creative effort, maintains our currency as a top tier brand consultancy, and establishes new thinking and approaches to augment our brand performance offer.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing a global 13 market automotive tracking study: full project management and reporting of global and local data.

This involves all aspects of tracking:
questionnaire design, link checking, quota checking, producing data specs, analysis and presenting data in English and in Korean.

  • Handle insight and analytics projects endtoend, from kickoff to final delivery
  • Be responsible for managing the specification, gathering, summarising and analysing of data (qualitative, quantitative and financial) and for modelling outcomes
  • Be an advocate of the I&A team and connect with client service teams, strategy teams and creative teams to communicate the I&A offer
  • Lead proposals and support I&A, Client Service and Strategy team on pitches
  • Be responsible for project management in terms of the relevant processes in order to deliver on time and to client expectations

Client Relationships

  • Manage daytoday client relationships in order to implement insights & analyticsbased projects.
  • Manage the execution of design, execution, and analysis, in partnership with the Director.
  • Build and generate customer knowledge and respective company insights.
  • Structure, analyse, and synthesise primary and secondary source data to generate actionable outcomes that add value to the overall project and client needs.
  • Effectively articulate valueadd insights and points of view to facilitate the development of client work.
  • Proactively collaborative with teams to identify client needs and develop recommendations
  • Develop client presentations and other work products

Capabilities

  • Fluent Korean language skills and business level English
  • Experience of running largescale tracking studies
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Solid understanding of how brands and businesses work.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and financial modelling.

Required Experience

  • Bachelors degree from a top undergraduate program.
  • Brand tracking experience
  • Experience in business and marketing strategy with clear understanding of brand equity.
  • Experience in qual and quant insight methods.
  • Experience working in branding agency advantageous.
  • Demonstrates passion, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Passionate about being culturally connected and on the leading edge of brands, marketing and design
