Job scope:

  • Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings, and material submissions.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
  • Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
  • Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
  • Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in sales support function
  • Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
  • Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
  • Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
