Job Description:
As an Admin Officer with The Wine Distribution Co. Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various administrative and operational functions within the Company. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and supporting the overall business processes to contribute to the Company's success.
- Safe movement of inventory and materials across facilities; sorting, organizing, and storing of inventory in proper locations
- Assist in managing customer information and processing customer orders
- Pick, pack, and label items correctly, and maintaining accurate inventory records for delivery to proper locations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory levels
- Collate and prepare sales quotations, invoices, and purchasing orders
- Assist to update logs and documentation for inventory processing and audit purposes
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Adhere to safe operating procedures and workplace safety at all times
- Be exposed to other skill-development plans or ad-hoc tasks beneficial for your development
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and databases
- Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company
