JOB SUMMARY
  • Support, facilitate, and ensure execution of Groupstrategy for Credit Card businesses that:
  • Optimizes financial performance & returns in keymarkets across regions and in timely manner & withinbudget.

  • Drive delivery of Affluent credit cardlaunch across key markets centrally
  • Collaborate with country stakeholders and group peers& seniors in providing steer
  • Responsiblefor end-to-end delivery across multiple & parallel streams ofproduct launch
  • Work closely with Squad inensuring Technical requirements/enhancementsdelivered/enabled
  • Manage day-to-day BAUmatters relating to affluent CC as product SME
  • Support COE hub model to lead all CC product relatedinitiatives centrally
  • Implement commonstandards in reviewing & reporting products performancevertically
  • Delivery of affluent cardCVP
  • Support conceptualization, formulation,and eventually implementation of new CC productvision

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
  • The role holder is responsible for developing, driving,and delivering Affluent card product in key markets centrally tosupport Bank's affluent growth agenda for WRB globally.
  • The role would also be working with country CC teams todrive its transformation towards growth & profitability. Thisincludes ensuring alignment of these strategies with the relevantcountry level stakeholders and close partnership with the marketson execution, along with associated financial and non-financialtargets and reviewing performance against thesetargets.

Business
  • The role holder is directly accountable for deliveringAffluent credit card launches across markets. He/she is also thesubject matter expert for Credit Cards product management, withaccountability of CC performance from both singular verticalstandpoint at product level as well as segment-wise in growingWealth for our affluentbase.

Processes
  • Establish and implement common standards for productperformance review & evaluation - both at launch as well aspost launchmonitoring.

People& Talent
  • Lead byexample, set appropriate tone & expectations from team, andwork with partners' alliance/support. Ability to collaborate crossgeographies, functions, and levels. Respect differences in cultures& opinions to promote an inclusive environment where all candrive toward commongoal.

RiskManagement
  • Partnerwith stakeholders for a robust risk management environment byidentifying key risks and issues and ensuring effective mitigatingmeasures and controls are implemented as necessary &appropriate.

  • Develop and implement a clear structure of accountabilityto ensure country teams can perform their roles efficiently &successfully, and there is clear oversight and decision making.Take full ownership for assessing the effectiveness of arrangementsto deliver effective governance, oversight and controls inbusiness, and if necessary, oversee change in theseareas.

  • 10 plusexperience in a bank especially in FI.
  • 8 plusyears in credit cards / unsecured lending preferably.
