About the Role
This pivotal role demands a seasoned and creative strategist with significant experience in leading teams and managing complex projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for shaping our propositions for cards, PayLah and ecosystems, leveraging data-driven insights to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for consumer credit card products.* Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, managing budgets effectively and tracking ROI meticulously.* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize campaign performance, navigating complex stakeholder relationships.* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, proactively proposing new strategies and initiatives.* Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.* Manage, mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.* Oversee the management of marketing budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient expenditure.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.* 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity, focusing on credit cards or financial services. Proven success in leading teams and delivering exceptional results.* Demonstrated track record of developing and executing highly successful marketing campaigns that deliver significant, measurable results. Experience with large-scale campaigns is essential.* Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience presenting to senior management is required.* Experience working with marketing agencies and vendors, managing contracts and negotiating effectively.* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.* Experience working in an agile environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Estimated Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum
