Roles & Responsibilities

Job Details:-

  • Contract : 6 months (1 April - 30 Sept 2025)
  • Working Location: Depot Road
  • Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary Range: $2,300 - $2,600 per month

Job scope:

  • Digitisation of HR documents and records (includes physical moving of boxes of files from store room to desk using trolley, sort and scan hardcopy documents, e-file documents, shred hardcopy documents) 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or A-Level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in IT systems and databases
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
