Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Office Building Concierge Specialist to provide exceptional service to tenants and visitors in a prestigious office building located in the Central Business District.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage and coordinate building access and security protocols.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain the lobby and reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams to address any facility issues.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating building services, such as deliveries, maintenance, and events.
  • Monitor and manage visitor logs and tenant directories.
  • Provide information about local amenities, transportation, and services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or office building setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, visitor management systems).
  • Knowledge of local area and amenities is a plus.
