What You’ll Do:
- Operations & Financial Management: Streamline daily operations, ensure efficient administration, manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor receptionists, conduct progress reviews, and create a supportive work environment
- Patient Relations: Welcome patients warmly, handle scheduling and inquiries, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience at each visit
- Inventory & Compliance: Oversee clinic supplies, uphold health and safety standards, and manage relationships with suppliers and clients
- Onboarding & Confidentiality: Onboard new patients, explain clinic policies, and ensure the highest standards of data protection and privacy
- Financial & Record Keeping: Manage payroll, track leave, coordinate with the accountant, and handle banking transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proven leadership skills, committed to delivering a high standard of service
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience; proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Background in healthcare administration or customer service is preferred but not required
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Position Details:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, typical working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
