Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:this role will drive the firm's marketing strategy, focusing on UI/UX design, SEO, marketing and branding, and website development. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to enhance the firm's online presence and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:1. UI/UX Design Oversight
  • Strategy: Develop and implement UI/UX strategies to enhance user experience.
  • Leadership: Manage the UI/UX team to ensure cohesive design.
  • User Testing: Oversee user research and usability testing.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve website design and functionality.
2. SEO Management
  • Strategy: Create and execute an effective SEO strategy.
  • Research: Conduct keyword research to optimize content.
  • Optimization: Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Monitoring: Track SEO performance and report on metrics.
3. Marketing and Branding
  • Brand Strategy: Develop a robust brand strategy.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content.
  • Client Engagement: Develop client engagement initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to inform strategies.
4. Website Development and Management
  • Strategy: Lead website development and maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers to implement updates.
  • Content Management: Ensure website content is current and SEO-optimized.
  • Technical SEO: Implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Analysis: Monitor website performance and user analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and UI/UX design; law firm experience is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven team management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools, UI/UX design software, CMS, and basic web development.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong planning and strategic skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
