As a
Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a talented and creative
UI/UX Designer with future progression to lead the design team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products (Mobile and Web Applications).


Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and project objectives.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively
communicate design concepts and interactions.

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, providing design specifications and assets.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing and datadriven insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to drive innovation and improvement
  • Present and articulate design concept, strategies, and decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and suggestions.
  • Advocate for usercentred design principles within the organisation and foster a designdriven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate expertise in usercentred design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usercentred design principles.
  • Familiar with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions. Proficiency in frontend libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, and persona development.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to to think critically about user needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.
  • Having held leadership positions is a plus.
