Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex applications, particularly within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and product vision.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • User Testing: Plan and conduct user testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • UI Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive user engagement.
  • Interaction Design: Develop interaction models and workflows that improve the user journey and overall usability.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and user preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
    Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
    Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
    Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
    Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and process
  • Experience with designing for cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
