Job Title: Digital UI/UX Designer

Our Client: Our client is a renowned Information Technology organization providing software solutions within the trading and financial institutions. They are looking for a Digital UI/UX Designer to join their team here in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to develop solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints
  • Partner with designers to maintain consistent visual standards and governance across various landing pages
  • Share the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user testing, and iteration focused on digital product design
  • Plan and conduct research to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes in line with the UX concept for digital products
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and document these parameters
  • Create UI graphics according to design guidelines to enhance product usage with appropriate design methods
  • Prepare all design assets for developer handoff
  • Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, including copywriting suggestions if needed
  • Communicate design concepts and required interactions with stakeholders effectively
  • Ensure consistency and usability across applicable devices and systems, such as iOS and Android
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in mobile applications
  • Clearly communicate research findings and design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the brand

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in designing web and mobile products. Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, UI/Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other relevant fields
  • Strong understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient and seamless user experience, with a passion for user interface design and a deep understanding of UX processes
  • Relevant knowledge of building a comprehensive design system to ensure product scalability and alignment between design and development
  • Experience with prototyping and visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Experience with wireframing and creating user flows
  • Solid design philosophy, with a deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related areas
  • Ability to grasp and communicate product vision and goals clearly and regularly to the team.
  • High standard of output and the ability to critically assess opportunities
  • A strong online portfolio demonstrating your illustrations or other graphics would be beneficial for evaluation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, methodically, and meet deadlines
