Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Startegic Program Engagement Lead who can drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment in agreement with the Key Account Manager. Ensure that Consulting projects are fulfilled and delivered in time, with a high quality and within budget. Deliver value to the customer by analyzing and proposing improvements on customers’ processes, operations, organization, IT or network. Support short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by interacting closely with customers to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the customers and Ericsson.


You Will;

  • Familiarize with industry trends and terms.
  • Familiarize with Ericsson’s global organization (MAs, SAs, Key Accounts, Main Financials) and overall contribution to the Industry.
  • Understand global industry dynamics with increasing depth in selected industry areas
  • Develop deep expertise in multiple industry areas, and be present in media.
  • Develop simple collateral or relevant pieces of more complex collateral autonomously in knowledgeable areas.
  • Lead development, roll-out or sale of new collaterals into multiple domains Identify new value propositions and coordinate collaterals development.
  • Manage team motivation and ensure high team performance Balance project and individual career.
  • Lead large proposals including definition of the scope, team design and pricing Organize team for proposed engagement. Guide, direct and lead proposal efforts.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: BE, M.SC, MBA or equivalent degree.
  • 10+ years’ experience, from within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry on driving IT and Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity.
  • Hands on experience in developing consulting methodologies.
  • Good at development of collaterals, resource manaegment etc.
  • Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment.
  • · Proven track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators.
