About The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd

Formed in 1937, The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) is the official representative body of the construction industry in Singapore with about 3,000 members. We are presently looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join us as Membership Executive.


Job Description

The incumbent is the first point-of-contact for SCAL members and is responsible for growing and servicing SCAL’s membership base of Ordinary, Associate, Trade, Individual, and Student (OATIS) members, and members in the Singapore List of Trade Subcontractors (SLOTS), and provide value-added membership services.


The Membership Executive duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· processing new as well as supporting renewal applications

· ensure superior customer service is consistently provided to members and to other members of the public.

· be part of the teamto provide support for events to provide a consistently high level of quality membership experience to members.

· Assist to co-ordinate the operations/preparations of members’ events and activities, where applicable

· Update and maintain membership database and relevant information to keep it current.

· Provide timely response to all membership correspondences and enquiries.

· Any other duties as may be assigned.


Job Requirements

· Diploma in any business discipline.

· Proven work experience in membership service, or prior membership services experience in clubs and trade associations is a bonus.

· Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

· Good written and verbal communications skills

· Able to work in a team and independently.


Gross Monthly Salary

$2,800 to $3,500
