Roles & Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process by working with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to create training programs that enhance employee capabilities.
  • Manage HR operations, leave management, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Handle work pass applications, renewals, and other Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and track key HR metrics such as turnover and retention rates.
  • Organize team events and conduct employee surveys to measure and enhance job satisfaction and engagement
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 6-8 years of experience in management-related HR roles
  • Strong understanding of Singapore MOM laws and best practices in HR, such as CPF, Key employment terms, Employee /employer rights, online jobs portal
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
