Our client, a Top Prestigious International law firm is seeking to recruit for a Legal secretary.


This role will provide support the administrative tasks including management of client files , billing activities and other assigned duties. The successful incumbent will provide dedicated support to the fee earners.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Partner with the related administrative matters including billing activities from time to time
  • Provide secretarial support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Answering calls and management of incoming and outgoing enmails
  • Photocopying, scanning, and printing matters
  • Taking care of client filing
  • Generating of reports
  • Filing of court documents and conduct cause book searches
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a law firm or company handling similar scope of responsibilities are preferred
  • Good typing skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactivity
