To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.


Supports 1 Partner, 1 counsel and 1 Associate

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Document processing/production
  • File Management
  • Preparing bills & invoices
  • ACRA Searches
  • Updating client contacts into InterAction
  • Conflict checks coordination
  • Claims submissions
  • Diary Management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners

Education / Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a legal secretary (Corporate / M&A / Banking)

Knowledge And Technical Skills

  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Experience of working with house-styles and branding
  • Good working knowledge of document and client relationship management systems, PDF software and financial recording applications

General Skills:

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Ability to compose and reply Chinese messages to PRC Clients
