CELECTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our team. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for assisting conveyancing lawyers with the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. This includes maintaining client files and records, liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions, and processing and tracking transactions from initial instructions to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate client files and records
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions
- Process and track transactions from initial instructions to completion
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and documentation
