  • Skilled helpdesk support engineer with good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Diploma is CS or IT related min 2 years experience
  • ⁠At least 2 years IT support experience
  • Carry out simple reporting and help desk data analytics
  • Proficient in Personal Desktop, browsers and MS office suite
  • ⁠Positive work attitude is key and strong customer etiquette.
