Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location: Sentosa

Work Days / Time : Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR-related tasks, including as hiring and selection, pay and benefits, employee relations, performance evaluation, and training and development.
  • Work together with department managers to discuss staffing requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date personnel files and HR databases
  • Act as point of contact for employees' inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and other related matters
  • Examine and update HR policies and procedures to take into account current business practices and legal needs.
  • Oversee the annual performance review
  • Oversee the monthly processing of payroll.
  • Additional ad hoc tasks and obligations as they are allocated

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR functions (Full Spectrum of HR Scope) in F&B/Hospitality sector
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and Singapore Labor Law
  • Proficient in HR Software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
