In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team by:
- Backend Support: Providing exceptional backend support
- Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications
- Order Processing: Processing customer orders efficiently
- Order Notification: Expediting orders and keeping customers updated on shipments
- Order Management: Managing open orders and ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Customer Assistance: Advising customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepancies
- Follow-up: Following up on critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery
- Samples: Handling sample requests
- Logistics: coordinating with customer and logistic department for shipping
- Administration: Maintaining general filing systems
- Feedback: Contributing to scorecard management (as required)
We're looking for someone who:
- Experience: Has 1-4 years of experience in customer service
- (Entry-Level candidates are welcome)
- Industry Experience: Ideally has experience in the electronics industry. Others industry with positive attitude are welcome.
- Skills: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliers
- Proficiencies: Is proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications
