HR Associate

1) Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
2) Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3) Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
4) Support the administration of scholarship and internship
5) Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
6) Manage the assignment of External Assessors to the various training partners, maintain records of assignment, calculation of payments and filing of documents
7) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
8) Responsible for meeting KPIs
9) Address to employees’ issues promptly
10) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
1) At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
2) Diploma and above
3) Good written and communication skills
4) Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
5) Quick learner and a team player
6) Meticulous in record keeping
7) Able to work independently
8) Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
9) Prior experience with Workday is an added advantage
10) Prior experience with working in Government agencies is an added advantage
