Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
  • End to end payroll processing and timely submission of CPF, Tax Clearance IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
  • Prepare HR documents, including staff appointment letter, confirmation letter, employees' attendance, employees' leave record etc.
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
  • Complete and submit MOM related survey
  • Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare annual appraisal exercise
  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement activities aimed at boosting employee morale, fostering team collaboration, and enhancing workplace culture.
  • Assisting ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • Possess Higher Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll.
  • Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage
  • Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual as to communicate with internal & external parties
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
