Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the implementation of HSEQ&S programs in Singapore.
  • Ensure compliance with local and corporate HSEQ&S regulations across business activities.
  • Maintain the safety and efficiency of Singapore’s utilities, infrastructure, and facilities.
  • Oversee the handling, storage, and processing of Explosive Precursors (EP), Hazardous Substances (HS), and Petroleum & Flammable Materials to comply with local and international regulations.

Key Requirements:


  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related science/engineering field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HSEQ&S, plant, site, or maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s HSEQ&S regulations, licensing.
  • Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, particularly with internal teams and external regulators.
  • Independent, proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and resilience skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
