Roles & Responsibilities

This is the HSE Specialist role our client is currentlt hiring. we would need this person to be WSHO registered.


• Actively advising on the promotion of a positive HSE culture to serve the effective implementation of all procedures.

• Participate in the inspection of fire extinguishers, slings, guayas, shackles, vehicles, security and emergency systems.

• Analysis and monitoring of preventive action reports (rap).

• Supervise that the ART is prepared and appropriate according to the work activity being carried out.

• Advising Dril-Quip management on procedures to ensure that the Dril-Quip offices, workshops, other premises and all facilities operated by Dril-Quip comply with the policies and legal requirements.

• Advising line management and supervisors of HSE issues.

• Providing assistance regarding Systems of Administration to HSE Department.

• Liaising with the relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to health, safety and the environment.

• Investigate incidents and analyse trends as required as well as providing recommendations and corrective actions where required.

• Liaising with supervisors, line managers and external agencies re: OH&S training and course content (training profiles) and delivering HSE training as determined.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of in-house health, safety and environmental training.

• Maintaining databases and collating consultation documentation for documents contained within the OHSMS / EMS.

• Conducting internal audits / site inspections re OH policy / procedure, risk assessments and work procedures. Attending client / company / external audits as required Collating documented evidence for close out of actions on investigation reports, CPAR's and internal and external ISO audits.

• Must be WSHO registered.

Mandatory requirements:

  1. ISO 45001 – Lead Auditor
  2. Management System

Knowledge on the following is required:

  1. Industrial Hygiene
  2. Flammable Storage
  3. Audiometric
  4. Hazard Substance Permit

Transport from Jurong East MRT & Choa Chu Kang MRT at 7am

8:00am to 5:15pm (Mondays to Fridays)
