- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and logistics partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Manage the regional sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance sales strategies, pricing, and customer support initiatives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in IT, semiconductor distribution, or related B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, memory modules (DDR4/DDR5), and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willing to travel internationally as required.
