Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify bill accuracy and secure approval for non-standard items, interest charges, and arrears before sending.
  • Ensure timely billing to prevent backlogs and bad debts.
  • Conduct routine checks for compliance and payment receivables, and address billing errors promptly.
  • Manage cases of arrears, including tracking payments and preparing bills for late fees.
  • Maintain records of tenant communications regarding overdue fees and follow up on late payments.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in finance/billing/accounting would be advantageous.
  • Open to all
  • Able to speak mandarin due to liaising with Mandarin speaking public.
