Job Summary:

  • Working hours: 8 am - 5.10 pm (Mon - Fri), 8 am - 12 pm (one Saturday per month)
  • Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other Business Office sections staff and other department staff to ensure all patient billing activities are completed in a timely, accurate and proper manner.
  • Check bills for completeness and accuracy, and claim all bills from CPFB/Medisave Approved Integrated Insurance Companies and Government Ministries on a timely basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • A keen eye for detail coupled with the ability to think and react quickly
