Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager

Job Summary: As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. You will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business avenues. Your efforts will contribute directly to the association's success and impact in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

· Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry organizations, government bodies, and key influencers. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programs or initiatives.

· Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for revenue generation through events, sponsorships, or other means. Create proposals and negotiate agreements with sponsors and partners. Track and report on revenue targets and performance.

· Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth and innovation. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.

· Event Management: Plan and coordinate association events, conferences, and networking sessions. Ensure successful execution and participation, contributing to the association's visibility and reputation.

· Communication and Outreach: Effectively communicate the association's value proposition to potential members, partners, and sponsors. Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of partnerships, and revenue-related activities. Prepare regular reports on progress and outcomes to the management team.
