Roles & Responsibilities

Intro:
Report to Head of Private Clients, you will support Trust Managers in daily administration of trust mandates.


Some of the things you'll be doing:


Assist Trust Managers to deliver a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients, including but not limiting to: -

  • Attending to client requests
  • Preparation of trustee and company minutes and resolutions
  • Processing of distribution requests, including name screening.
  • Bank account opening, credit facilities,
  • Insurance transfer/purchase documents
  • Investment related subscription forms
  • Meet filing requirements of onshore/offshore jurisdiction
  • Billing and credit control management
    FATCA/CRS reporting
  • File review to ensure Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards
  • Assist and support in trust review preparation
  • Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, working partners and other internal offices
  • Efficiently and effectively lead and manage ad hoc initiatives and project

What technical skills, experiences and qualifications do you need?

  • Degree qualification or equivalent; preferred STEP
  • Diploma qualified
  • 1-2 years’ experience in private trust, audit, legal, accounting or tax industry
  • Have relevant and/or adequate accounting knowledge
  • Familiar with local governing trust laws and regulations, and standard AML policies and requirements by Financial Institutions
  • Driven, energetic and self-motivated
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
