Experience & Qualification:

3D Graphic Artist & Developer proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, and Unity programming to create high-quality 3D models, assets, and interactive environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation, with additional proficiency in integrate assets into Unity's development pipeline.

With a degree in either a Computer Graphics, Game Development, Animation, or related field is preferred.

Professional experience in 3D modeling, game development, or interactive media.

Possess portfolio showcasing 3D assets, environments, and Unity-based projects.

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Graphic Designer to help bring our software-based AI chatbot and gaming projects to life. This role requires a dynamic artist capable of designing engaging 3D assets and interactive visuals that enhance both conversational interfaces and immersive gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Creation: Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, and environments tailored for AI chatbot interfaces and gaming applications.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design visuals that align with project goals and user experience objectives.
  • Integration: Work closely with developers to seamlessly integrate 3D assets into our software platforms and game engines, ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.
  • Optimization: Ensure that all 3D assets are optimized for real-time rendering and interactive use, maintaining a balance between performance and quality.
  • Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from project leads and team members to refine designs and enhance overall project aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and design work, particularly projects related to interactive media, chatbots, or gaming.
  • A degree in Computer Graphics, Game Development, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience in 3D modeling, asset creation, or interactive media design.

Technical Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Autodesk 3ds Max or Blender for 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
  • Substance Tools: Experience with substance painting software (e.g., Substance Painter, Quixel Mixer).
  • Rendering & Shading: Understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) pipelines and shader development techniques.
  • Asset Preparation: Proficiency in UV mapping, texture baking, and asset optimization for real-time rendering.
  • Animation Principles: Solid grasp of animation principles to create engaging object and character animations.
  • Integration: Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, and an understanding of how to implement lighting, particle effects, and post-processing techniques.
