Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of direct reports, overseeing their performance, and driving sales initiatives
- Meet and exceed your team targets, including total booked order value and associated margin
- Monitor individual and team performance, implementing strategies to exceed goals
- Ensure team is generating sales pipeline by meeting outbound sales activity targets including daily phone calls, customer conversations, quote deliveries, and order conversions
- Set team direction by developing and executing on data-driven action plans to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with manager peers in other regions to share and implement best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial sales experience with minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of success achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar scientific field
- Relevant experience in the analytical instruments & consumables industry
- Experience in Chromantography Industry will be an added advantage
