Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of direct reports, overseeing their performance, and driving sales initiatives
  • Meet and exceed your team targets, including total booked order value and associated margin
  • Monitor individual and team performance, implementing strategies to exceed goals
  • Ensure team is generating sales pipeline by meeting outbound sales activity targets including daily phone calls, customer conversations, quote deliveries, and order conversions
  • Set team direction by developing and executing on data-driven action plans to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with manager peers in other regions to share and implement best practices

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of commercial sales experience with minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of success achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar scientific field
  • Relevant experience in the analytical instruments & consumables industry
  • Experience in Chromantography Industry will be an added advantage
