  • Overall responsible and manage development engineering works specifically for equipment of port crane such as Ship to Shore crane or rubber-tired gantry cranes in our delivery projects
  • Experience in system products support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, new customer development, end users support including japanese customers

  • Good understanding of industry automation & drives with Southeast Asia and South Asia market knowledge
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Min 8 years of working experience in Japanese company due to handling Japanese customers (key account)
  • Work closely with japanese engineer based in HQ, Japan and must be able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese engineers about technical issues in HQ,Japan
  • Administration experience for related imports and exports and conduct related imports and exports
  • Understand the operations of our Japanese factory and able to provide support for project completion
  • Achievement of sales & Orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions
  • Accountable for sales quotas and performance objectives
  • Works closely with customers, application & technical team in the system development of applications to meet customers’ needs
