Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager (Energy Solutions)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Building System and Diagnostics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. As a key member of our Energy Management & Solution team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our company's services, capabilities, products, and solutions in the energy management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Support the development of marketing materials, presentation slides, and other sales collateral
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer relationships
  • Conduct sales and technical presentations, product demonstrations, and market surveys
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, fee proposals, tender submissions, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with technical engineers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and establish good relationships with customers, suppliers, and principals

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing or Engineering or Computing Science field
  • Prior working knowledge of ACMV, Building/Energy Management System is a plus
  • Prior working experience of Computing Science, IoT, Cloud Solution is a plus
  • Prior working experience of Green Mark, Energy Audits projects is a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented, attention to detail, and highly capable of meeting sales targets
  • Effective interpersonal, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Good team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas, and assist team members with tasks/duties
