Job Description- Compile and distribute sailing schedules, monthly rate tariffs, and volume statistics for corporate clients.
- Create executive summaries and provide feedback on corporate accounts.
- Gather and analyze documents for monthly review meetings.
- Consolidate and report on monthly sales visits.
- Track the pricing team's RFQ submissions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to corporate account deadlines.
- Coordinate with offices and agents to address customer inquiries.
- Communicate with corporate accounts via written and verbal channels regarding rates and service inquiries.
- Develop and maintain SOP guidelines for corporate accounts.
A successful Key Account Management Executive should have:
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the logistics industry and handling client accounts.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
