JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are an established engineering system integrator looking for a Technical Sales Specialist like you to bring expertise to our team.
Your primary role is to provide technical and aftermarket proposals and solutions to air technology users in new markets and existing segments, to generate revenue growth done with integrity.
You will work closely with our business development, engineering and projects teams in implementing this strategy.
Responsibilities :
· Analyzing customers' pneumatic needs and recommending products
· Providing cost effective proposals and sustainable solutions that meet customers' needs
· Discussing products and solutions with customers and explaining technical concepts simply
· Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers
· Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
· Connecting with customers after provision of proposals to clarify any queries and proposal negotiation with the goal of deal closure
· Meeting sales quotas and commission goals
· Travelling to meet with customers and leading instructional demonstrations
· Tracking sales and sharing sales information with sales and business development team
· Researching the current market trends and learning about new technology products
· Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers
· Work in tandem with company's management and the service department
Requirements :
- Minimum engineering Diploma, preferably a Bachelor's degree
- Proven working experience as Technical Sales, Sales executive or relevant sales and customer focused role of at least 3 years
- Technical knowledge of air-related products/services and their system controls and installation will be advantageous.
- Good negotiation and communication skills conduct with integrity
- Have strong government, consultants, industry contacts and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Proficiency in English and Secondary Languages
- Team management, time scheduling and leadership skills
