Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty. You will strategize and execute campaigns across digital channels to boost traffic, engagement, and sales in the competitive furniture e-commerce space.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.

- Plan and manage campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) to promote furniture collections, seasonal sales, and new launches.

- A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for optimal ROI.

2. SEO/SEM

- Optimize product pages and blog content for keywords like "modern sofas," "sustainable furniture," or "office desks."

- Manage Google Shopping campaigns and improve product feed accuracy.

3. Social Media & Influencer Marketing

- Curate visually engaging content (Instagram Reels, Pinterest boards) showcasing furniture styling tips and room inspirations.

- Collaborate with interior design influencers and affiliate partners to expand reach.

4. Content Creation

- Write compelling product descriptions and blog posts (e.g., "How to Style a Small Living Room").

- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for high-quality visuals and 3D product tours.

5. Email Marketing & CRM

- Design automated email flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-ups) and newsletters.

- Segment audiences for personalized promotions (e.g., discounts on bedroom furniture).

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs (conversion rates, ROAS, CAC) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

- Provide actionable insights to refine campaigns and website UX.

7. E-commerce Optimization

- Collaborate with web developers to enhance product page layouts, CTAs, and checkout processes.

- Implement retargeting strategies to recover lost shoppers.

8. Collaboration & Brand Management

- Work with design teams to maintain visual consistency across platforms.

- Partner with sales teams to align promotions with inventory trends.

Key Skills

- Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress).

- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for furniture/design audiences.

- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and CRO.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

- Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (include furniture/home decor examples if possible).
