About the Role:


We are looking for an Office Administration and Sales Operations Executive with prior work experience in office administration and inside sales operations to manage the operations and support the sales and marketing activities of the company.


The Sales Operations Executive will be reporting to the Director Operations & Sales Manager and will work very closely with the sales team to manage business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary role of the Admin & Sales Operations Executive is to manage the day-to-day commercial operations of the company.


  • Key responsibilities include Inventory management, Invoicing and consignment stocks management, liaising with public and private hospitals materials management department for orders and supplies, logistics and shipping co-ordination with manufacturers, overseas distributor orders and payment receivables management.


  • Office administration – General office administration and liaising with government agencies and internal audit representative for GPDMDS audit.


  • Other Sales operations – sales report preparation, email marketing campaigns to customers and tender documents preparation and customer management.


  • Ad hoc support to sales team to visit hospitals during marketing programs and assist in product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • Experience of 3 years and above in the office administration, sales operations or inside sales experience.
  • Experience in a medical devices’ distribution company will be an added advantage.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, customer oriented and proactive individual with a track record in delivering results.
  • Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and at the same time a team player.
