Job Overview

The Sales Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to overall sales effectiveness. They are responsible for handling various administrative duties to facilitate the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to fulfill orders promptly.

Customer Support

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with order-related issues. Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Sales Coordination & Logistic

Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities, logistics and arranging the transportation and item upon arrival in mall and storage in warehouse

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain sales records, customer databases, and other relevant documentation accurately. Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for management review. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and communicate inventory requirements to the procurement team. Assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales-related documents. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.

Sales Team Assistance

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts as needed. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.

Skills and Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

. Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.

. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.

. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

. Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

. Knowledge of sales principles and processes is advantageous.
