Duration: 6 Months Contract
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
Academic & Programme Support
•Assist in Exam Marks Entry (EME) – Data entry, checking, and verification.
•Assist in practicum report processing – Compiling, checking, and submitting reports.
•Help with faculty & part-time lecturer hiring logistics – Prepare documents, track applications.
General Office & PA Support
•Schedule & organise department meetings, including preparing agendas & minutes.
•Assist the PA to HoD – Booking appointments, responding to basic inquiries, collating and checking responses and updating PA.
•Maintain office documentation and filing for HR & finance records.
•Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics.
Finance & Procurement Support
•Assist in finance claims processing (general, transport, part-time lecturer claims).
•Help with procurement tasks (stationery, book orders, catering via Ariba).
•Process and track invoice payments (printer, admin fees, faculty event expenses).
Other Administrative Tasks
•Assist with course administration (credit transfers, withdrawal requests).
•Provide faculty support in event coordination and teaching materials prep (if any).
•Handle routine emails and requests.
•Collate and update LSA courses BOS database
•Other ad hoc duties assigned
