Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

We are seeking for a motivated and self-discipline incumbent to join us as HR Executive to accomplish efficiency on HR operational activities and to walk through employee’s lifecycle as a team player in the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Department with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support within the HR department.
  • Contact point for employee in regard to HR policy & procedures and communicate with the external parties such as HR Vendors, MOM, and recruiters.
  • Assist HR Department on the whole recruitment cycle and training sessions.
  • Placement of job advertisements in job portals and classifieds.
  • Generate Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, Acceptance of Resignation Letter, and HR related documents for all companies.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and staff orientation for all companies.
  • Create new user account for new joined staff in Justlogin system for all companies.
  • Prepare monthly attendance report by providing relevant data such as absenteeism, bonus and leave.
  • Process payroll and send payslips for around 200 headcounts each month.
  • Processing of monthly payroll and maintenance of payroll system.
  • Generate monthly salary report and bank in salary via FAST and GIRO.
  • Prepare statutory submissions such as CPF and IRAS.
  • Process work pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, appeal and medical check-up arrangement.
  • Purchase of security bond and medical insurance.
  • Claim Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave and National Service Pay Make Up.
  • In charge of MOM survey and Business Census submission for all companies.
  • Maintain accurate P-File and electronic database for all employees.
  • Update employee data in Employee Master list for all companies.
  • Keep track and prepare birthday voucher each month for all companies.
  • Compile and update TGP and Office schedule every week.
  • Check attendance record in Justlogin system every day for all companies.
  • Monitor company vehicle’s renewal and expiry details via LTA.
  • Answer incoming calls and entertain visitors.
  • Any other HR and admin ad hoc jobs assigned.

Requirement:

  • Possess Degree in Business Administrative / Human Resources or other related fields, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR functions.
  • Good knowledge in recruitment process, HR practices and employment laws.
  • Prior experience in Justlogin system or any other relevant ERP system is advantageous.
  • Able to converse and write in Chinese in order to handle and resolve queries from Chinese speaking associates in regards with the payroll matters.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skill, initiative, and detailed orientated self-starter to execute HR operation.
  • Meticulous, systematic, well organized, resourceful, strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
