KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a key member of the Human Resource management team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing effective people management and development policies, systems, and processes to attract, motivate, and retain talent. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to develop strategic recruitment initiatives, address skills gaps, and ensure appropriate staffing levels that align with organizational workforce and business objectives.
You will also focus on enhancing the organization’s position as an Employer of Choice by implementing innovative and progressive HR strategies. These strategies will cover manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee relations, job design, and change management, ensuring alignment with broader HR goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in generalist HR management roles within large organizations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a customer-focused approach.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, industry relations practices, and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous.
