Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to Property Division including preparation of tenancy, Option to Purchase and documentations and to administer tasks accordingly and completed timely.
  • Manage day to day tenancy related matters and address tenants’ feedback and requests promptly.
  • Ensure proper handing and takeover of premises to/from tenants / buyers
  • Address and respond to enquiry, feedback, and requests for property related matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation filing record in orderly manner.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications.
  • 1 – 3 years of related experience in Property Sales, Leasing, Property Management, office administration
  • Possess strong interpersonal, technical, and follow-up skills.
