Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Manage and oversee the prefabrication and DFMA processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to optimise manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Develop and implement innovative DFMA strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skills development
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a prefabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of DFMA principles and their application in a production setting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
