Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for prefabricated construction elements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM models into the overall project design
  • Coordinate the design and fabrication of prefabricated components to ensure seamless on-site installation
  • Identify and resolve clashes or design issues within the BIM models
  • Provide training and support to project teams on the use of BIM technology
  • Continuously research and implement new BIM techniques and technologies to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a focus on prefabricated construction
  • Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, and experience with Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve design issues
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality BIM models and coordinating with project stakeholders
