The Finance Executive reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for:

  • Tracking and analyzing project costs, revenue, and margins
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control
  • Monitoring progress claims, variations, and project financial performance
  • Assisting in the preparation of project financial reports and variance analysis

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities
  • Automating and improving financial reporting using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools
  • Providing insights to support management in decision-making and strategic planning

To be a good fit, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in related field, preferably with project accounting experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to propose alternative solutions
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
