Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure factory operations run on schedule, supervise daily activities, and adjust production plans as needed.
  • Monitor workers, guide assemblers/operators, and liaise with departments (procurement, logistics, M&E teams) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Operate and maintain factory machinery, prevent downtime, and implement improvements for efficiency, including robotic welding and automated systems.
  • Adhere to workplace safety protocols, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct manpower planning, train employees, and utilize digital tools (IDD, Collab software) for tracking schedules, safety, and project documentation.

Job Requirements :

  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Product Manufacturing environment/ Construction
  • Knowledge of production, Robotic, PLC and precision manufacturing requirement is a plus.
  • Able to understand quality requirement of DfMA Modular Prefab Mep product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection
