Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Officer to be the friendly voice our customers rely on. Join us and be a part of a team that values dedication and excellent service.


Job Responsibilities:

  • To attend to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment.
  • To provide service reservations.
  • To coordinate breakdown site services for customers.
  • To answer live chat queries.
  • To make outbound calls to remind customers for car servicing and surveys pertaining to after sales services.
  • To update customers’ particulars in the system.
  • To process online payment.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ’O’ level or equivalent.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
  • Equipped with administrative experience will be an added advantage.

Working hours:-

  • Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs/ 0900hrs to 1800hrs
  • Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs
